Nataly Mishan-Zakai has served as our Chairman of our Board of Directors since July
2022. Ms. Mishan-Zakai has served as CEO of Discount Investment Corporation Ltd. and
Property & Building Corp. Ltd. In addition, Ms. Mishan-Zakai serves as the chairman of
Mehedrin Ltd., and serves as a director of Elron Ventures Ltd. and Gav-Yam Lands Corp.
Ltd. From 2014 to 2022, Ms. Mishan-Zakai served as Deputy General Manager and General
Counsel of the Harel Insurance Investments & Financial Services Group, a member of the
Nostro Investment Committee of the institutional entities from the Harel Insurance
Investments & Financial Services Group, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the
Pension and Provident Companies of Harel Group. From 2000 to 2014, Ms. Mishan-Zakai
served as a partner in the law firm Fischer, Behar, Chen, Well Orion & Co. and as the head of
the capital market and securities department of the firm. Ms. Mishan-Zakai holds an LL.B
and LL.M (Commercial Law), both from Tel Aviv University. Ms. Mishan-Zakai has been a
member of the Israel Bar Association since 2000.

Gustavo Traiber
Gustavo Traiber has served as a member of our Board of Directors since March 2019.
Mr. Traiber is the owner and CEO of private real-estate investment company since 2015.
From 2010 to 2014 Mr. Traiber served as CEO and Partner at Sun Team Group Ltd. Prior to
that, Mr. Traiber served as a CEO of a private company and until 2006 served in several
senior management positions in the cable companies. Since 2015, Mr. Traiber also serves as
an external director of Adama Agricultural Solution Ltd. Mr. Traiber holds a B.A. in Political
Science and International Relations from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and an M.B.A.
from the Interdiciplniery Center in Herzliya.

Varda Liberman
Varda Liberman has served as a member of our Board of Directors since March 2019. Ms. Liberman serves as a Prof. in the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya since 1995, founded and heading the MBA program in Healthcare Innovation and entrepreneurship (since 2016), heading the business school's Behavioral Decision Making Area (since 2012) and heading the Mathematical and Statistical Studies (since 1995). Prof. Liberman further provides decision making lectures, counseling and couching to various organizations including the Israeli judicial system, the Israeli healthcare system, hi-tec companies, investment banks and office holders. From 2021, Prof. Liberman also has served as an external director of Aquarius Engines (A.M) Ltd. From 2007 to 2010 Prof. Liberman served as an external director in Clal Insurance, from 2000 to 2006 in Tamir Fishman Mutual Funds and from 2001 until its privatization in 2004 in Sivan Training and Systems Ltd. Prof. Liberman holds a B.Sc. in Statistics and Mathematics, M.Sc. in Mathematics and Ph.D. in Mathematics, all from Tel Aviv University.

Shmuel Hauser
Shmuel Hauser has served as a member of our Board of Directors since March 2019.
Prof. Hauser is a Senior Vice President at Ono Academic College, a former Dean at Ono
Academic faculty of Business and a Professor of Finance at Ben-Gurion University. From
2011 to 2018, Prof. Hauser served as the Chairman of the Israel Securities Authority (ISA),
co-chairman of Israel Accounting Standards Board (IASB), member of an advisory
committee to the Banks' Supervisor at the Bank of Israel, in 2017 member of the advisory
committee to the Israel Capital Market, Insurance and Savings Authority and from 2019 to
2020, he served as Member of the Advisory Committee of CyberRight Tech . Prior to that,
from 2008 to 2011 Prof. Hauser served as the chairman of a private company, a director in
two financial investment houses, and a director in the Israeli S&P ranking company (Maalot).
Prof. Hauser also has served as an external director in Gazit Globe Ltd. ,as an independent
director in Alrov Group, chairman of the board at Pocketful Ltd., member of the board (and
partner) at Quantex Expected Returns, member of the Investments Committee of the Israel
Democracy Institute, Consultant for eToro and CEO and Chairman of Narativ Ltd.
Concurrent with his work, Prof. Hauser pursued an academic career in the fields of:
Corporate Finance, Capital Market Regulation, and Microstructure. Prof. Hauser holds a B.A.
in Statistics and Economics and an M.B.A., both from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem,
and a Ph.D. form Temple University, Philadelphia, USA.

Eran Shenar
Eran Shenar has served as a member of our Board of Directors since September 2020.
Mr. Shenar is the founder and co-owner of Best-Medical Center as of 2019 and of the
Multidisciplinary Center of Gastroenterology since 2015 and has served as director of the
board of Best Medical Advance Medicine Ltd. and MBA Management and Initiatives Ltd.
since 2017 and as a business and financial consultant since 2010. From 2009 to 2011 Mr.
Shenar served as a director and chairman of the finance committee of Sinopsis Ltd. and a
partner in Altos Private Equity. From 2007 to 2009 he served as CEO of Katzir holding fund
and as a director in various private companies. From 2003 to 2007 he served as the manager
of the Strauss-Elite merger (2003) and Strategic control manager in Strauss-Elite Group and
from 1998 – 2003 he served as a manager in the financial advisory division of Somech-
Chaikin, KPMG. Mr. Shenar is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an M.B.A. with
major in finance, strategy and entrepreneurship and a B.A. in economics and accounting, both
from the Tel-Aviv University.
Michael Joseph Salkind
Michael Joseph Salkind has served as a member of our Board of Directors since June
2021. Mr. Salkind has served as co-CEO of Elco Ltd. since 1999, as a director of Discount
Investment Corporation Ltd., or DIC, the Company's controlling shareholder, since June
2021, a director of Elco Ltd. since 2011, as a chairman of Electra Ltd. since 2010, a director
of Electra Real Estate Ltd. since 2004, a director of Electra Consumer Products (1970) Ltd.
since 1997, a director of Supergas Energy Ltd. since 2019 and is a director of additional
private companies. Mr. Salkind is the controlling shareholder of Elco Ltd. - an interest holder
in DIC. Mr. Salkind holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the Boston University and
an MBA from the Columbia University.
Baruch Itzhak
Baruch Itzhak has served as a member of our Board of Directors since August 2021. Mr. Itzhak has served as Discount Investment Corporation Ltd.'s, or DIC, CFO since July 2021 and as CFO of Property and Building Corporation Ltd., or PBC, since May 2020 and as a director of private companies of DIC and PBC. From 2018 to 2020 Mr. Itzhak served as CEO of Sapir Corp. Ltd. and from 2016 to 2018 he served as Chairman and acting CEO of Elad National 2017 LLC. and as CFO of Elad US holdings Inc. From 2006 to 2011 he served as a partner in Arik Eshel CPA & associates, PC -New-York, NY and from 1999 to 2006 he served as audit manager and prior to that as senior auditor in PricewaterhouseCoopers - New-York, NY and Tel-Aviv, Israel. Mr. Itzhak is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.A. in Business Management from the College of Management.
Shani Levy
Shani Levy has served as a member of our Board of Directors since June 2023. Since
2018, Ms. Levy has served as legal advisor and company secretary of Mega Or Holdings Ltd.
Ms. Levy holds an LL.B from the College of Management Academic Studies, Rishon Lezion
and has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2012.
