Mr. Eli Adadi serves as the Company's CEO since August 2024 . Between the years 2020-2024 he served as VP of Retail of the Company and between the years 2011-2024 he served as CEO of Dynamica.
From 2009 to 2011, he served as head of sales and revenues in the private sector and prior to that he served in various positions in the Company. Mr. Adadi holds an M.B.A. with major in Marketing and a B.A. in Business Administration, both from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
Gadi Attias
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Gadi Attias has served as our CFO since March 2022. From 2019 to 2022, he served
as CFO of Northern Birch Ltd. ("IKEA"). From 2012 to 2019 he served as CFO of
Tikshoov Business Communication Center Ltd. and from 2014-2019 he served as
director in various private companies held by the Tikshoov Group. Mr. Attias is a Certified
Public Accountant and holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics, from the Hebrew
University of Jerusalem.department and from 2000 to 2004, Mr. Koriat served as a cellsite technician. Mr. Koriat holds a B.Tech. in Electronics and Electricity engineering (Communications) from the University of Ariel and an M.B.A. from the Open University.
Larisa Cohen
Vice President General Counsel & Regulation
Adv. Larisa Cohen serves as our VP General Counsel & Corporate Secretary since May 2022 and VP Regulation since January 2024. Since 2016 she served as a Corporate Secretary of IDB Development Corporation Ltd. and Discount Investment Corporation Ltd. (from IDB Group – "DIC"). In 2019, she was appointed as Vice President, and since 2021, she served as VP General Counsel & Corporate Secretary of DIC and Property & Building Corp. Ltd. (from DIC Group). From 2011 to 2016 she served as a Corporate Secretary of Africa Israel Investments Ltd. group, and prior to that she served as a lawyer at Weksler Bregman & Co. - Law Firm. Adv. Cohen holds an LL.B (Law and political science) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a LL.M from Tel Aviv University.
Yaniv Koriat
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Koriat has served as the Company's head of transport networks engineering since 2015. From 2011 to 2015 he served as a team leader of transport and IP networks engineering. From 2005 to 2011 he served as a deputy to the northern district manager of the network operations
department and from 2000 to 2004, Mr. Koriat served as a cellsite technician. Mr. Koriat holds a B.Tech. in Electronics and Electricity engineering (Communications) from the University of Ariel and an M.B.A. from the Open University.
Teimuraz Romashvili
Vice President of Sales and International Activity
Mr. Teimuraz Romashvili has served as our VP of Sales (the "Company") and
International Activity and manages the Company's customer retention since November
2020. From 2011 to 2020 he served as the Company's VP of Pre-Paid and International
Activity. From 2007 to 2011, he served as VP of Pre-Paid and International Activity of
Netvision. From 2005 to 2007, he served as head of Pre-Paid Activity of Barak 013 and
prior to that served in a variety of positions in Barak 013. Mr. Romashvili holds a B.A. in
economics and management from Kyiv School of Economics, Ukraine.
Victor Malka
Chief Information Officer
Mr. Victor Malka has served as our CIO since March 2020. From 2019 to 2020 he served
as an active communications consultant. From 2012 to 2019 he served as head of
information systems in the technologies division of Bezeq the Israeli communications
company ("Bezeq"). From 2007 to 2012, he served as head of management systems in
its engineering division of Bezeq and from 1996 to 2007, he served as head of
information systems department in its engineering division of Bezeq. Mr. Malka holds a
B.Sc. in Math and a M.Sc. in Operations Research and System Analysis, both from the
Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.
Efrat Madmoni
Vice President of Human Resources
Ms. Efrat Madmoni serves as our VP of Human Resources of the Company since December 2024. From 2021 to 2024, she served as the Global Human Resources Manager at Amdocs Technologies Ltd. From 2018 to 2020, she served as the Business Division and Headquarters Units Human Resources Manager at the Company. From 2013 to 2028, she served as the Private Division Human Resources Manager at the Company, and prior to that, she held various positions within the Company. Ms. Madmoni holds a B.A in Social Sciences with major in Management and Communication from the Open University of Israel and an M.B.A with major in Organizational Consulting from the Ono Academic College.
Yaakov Trojman
Vice President of Business Customers
Mr. Yaakov Trojman has served as VP of the Business Customers of the Company since November 2025. From 2021 to 2024, he served as Deputy CEO at Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner"), and from 2018 to 2021 he was VP of Sales at Partner, where he led the Business Customers Division. From 2016 to 2018, he served as VP of Sales at Bynet Data Communications Ltd., and from 2011 and 2015, he served as VP of Sales at the HOT Group. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2011, he held various positions at the Cellcom Group, including Head of the Business Customers Division and more. Mr. Trojman holds a B.A in Behavioral Sciences, Management, and Economics from Ben-Gurion University.
Avi Grinman
Vice President of Engineering
Mr. Avi Grinman has served as our VP of Engineering (the "Company") since July 2022.
From 2020 to 2022, he served as head of the network operations and maintenance
department of Pelephone Communications. From 2006 to 2020, he served as head of the
engineering network operations department at the Company and prior to that he served
as head of the Company's cell sites operation and in various positions in the Company.
Mr. Grinman holds a B.A. in Business Administration with major in Information Systems
and an EMBA from Bar-Ilan University.
Chananiya Gilead
Vice President of Private Service
Mr. Chananiya Gilead has served as VP of Private Service since November 2025. Previously, he served as VP of Business Development at Dynamica Communications Chain Stores Ltd. From 2022 to 2024, he was Head of the Headquarters and Operations Division at Partner Communications Company Ltd., and from 2011 to 2022, he held various roles in the Service and Marketing divisions in the Company. Mr. Gilead holds a B.A in Human Services, Sociology, and Anthropology from the University of Haifa, and M.A in Human Services from the University of Haifa.
Galit Shakalo Offenbach
Vice President of Retail and CEO of Dynamica
Ms. Galit Shakalo Offenbach serves as our VP of Retail and CEO of Dynamica, the Company's subsidiary since February 2025. From 2020 to 2023 she served as VP of Service, Sales, Retention, and Customer Experience at Partner and as a Director in PHI. From 2015 to 2020 she served as the head of the service department at Cellcom, and from 2010 to 2015, she managed the Sales and Service Department in the Private Division at Netvision 013. Ms. Shakalo Offenbach holds a BA degree from the University of Haifa with a specialization in Statistics.
Danielle Gold Alon
the Company's Head of PR & Media Relations
Ms. Danielle Gold Alon serves as our Head of PR & Media Relations since May 2022. From 2018 to 2022 she served as a spokeswoman in the government, Knesset and election campaigns. In addition, she served as a communications consultant for several public entities and private companies from the international market. Ms. Gold Alon is a lawyer and holds an LL.B from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Nadav Amsalem
Vice President of Business Customers
Nadav Amsalem serves as the Company's vice president of business customers from 2017. Mr. Amsalem has served as head of the strategic customers department in the Company's business customers division, in charge of the major corporate business customers from 2014. From 2011 to 2014, he served as the director of strategic landline customers and major business customers sector. Mr. Amsalem has been a member of the Company's business customer's division since 2006.
Liat Menahemi-Stadler
Vice President Legal and Corporate Secretary
Liat Menahemi Stadler has served as our Vice President of Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary since 2006. From 2000 to 2006, Ms. Menahemi Stadler served as head of the technology and general purchasing division of our legal department. She has been a member of our legal department since 1998. Ms. Menahemi Stadler holds an LL.B. and a B.A. in English and French language and literature, both from the University of Haifa and is a member of both the Israeli and the New York bar associations.
Ilan Sigal
Vice President of Business Development and CEO of Golan Telecom Ltd.
Ilan Sigal has served as our Vice President of Business Development and as CEO of Golan Telecom Ltd., the Company wholly owned subsidiary, since February 2021. From 2019 to 2020, Mr. Sigal served as VP marketing of Pelephone communications Ltd., and VP marketing and business development of Yes - D.B.S Satellite Services (1998) Ltd. and Bezeq International Ltd. and from 2016 to 2020, as VP marketing of Pelephone communications Ltd. From 2010 to 2016, he served as a marketing division manager of Bezeq, the Israeli Telecommunications Company Ltd. for the private and SOHO sectors and from 2007 to 2010, he served as its internet marketing department manager for the private sector. From 2004 to 2007, he served as a marketing department manager of Internet Gold-Golden Lines ltd. for the private sector. Mr. Sigal holds an M.B.A. from the Ono Academic College and a B.A. with major in communications and management, from the College of Management.
Ronnen Shles
Controller
Ronnen Shles has served as our Controller from January 2015. From 2007 to 2014, Mr. Shles served as head of the accounting unit in our financial control division. Mr. Shles is a certified public accountant and holds a B.A. in accounting and business administration from the College of Management.
