Yuval Cohen

Yuval Cohen Serves as Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors since May 2024. Mr. Cohen is the founder and managing partner of the Fortissimo Capital fund ("Fortissimo") since 2004. In addition, Mr. Cohen serves as the Chairman of the Board of Radware Ltd. and Kornit Digital Ltd. and as director of private companies in the portfolio of Fortissimo. Mr. Cohen has a B.A in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University and a M.B.A from Harvard University.

Samy Backlash

Samy Backlash serves as director of the Company since December 2023. Mr. Backlash is a director recommended by the Company's employee's representative, pursuant to the provisions of the Company’s collective employment agreement that grants the Company's employee's representative the right to recommend one director for the board of directors. Mr. Backlash serves as CEO of Backlash Consulting and Investments Ltd. since 2010. In addition, Mr. Backlash serves as an External Director in Migdalor Alternative Products Ltd. since 2022. Serves as Chairman of the Board of the Government Tourism Company since 2023. Serves as a member of the Appellant Committees of the Tel Aviv District Court since 2015. Public representative in the Ra'anana municipality and its committees since 2005. Member of the managing committee at the Ra’anana Senior Citizens’ Association since 2021 and the Beit Zimmerman Association since 2022. Between the years 2020-2021 he served as the CEO of the Israel Knesset. Mr. Backlash has B.A in Accounting and Economics from the Tel Aviv University and MBA specializing in Finance, from Bar Ilan University.

Shmuel Barashi

Shmuel Barashi serves as a director of the Company since May 2024. Mr. Barashi is partner in Fortissimo Capital fund since 2004. In addition, Mr. Barashi serves as director in Getblend Ltd., Solcon Industries Ltd., Enercon Technologies Ltd., Tuttnauer Ltd., Kramer Electronics Holdings Ltd., Sela Software Labs Ltd. and Rhenium Equipment for Research Lab Ltd. Mr. Barashi is certified CPA and has a B.A in Economics and Accounting from the Hebrew University, M.B.A from the Hebrew University and L.L.M from Bar Ilan University.

Chanan (Noni) Gal Ezer

Chanan (Noni) Gal Ezer serves as a director of the Company since May 2024. Mr. Gal Ezer is a partner in the Fortissimo Capital fund since 2020. In addition, Mr. Gal Ezer serves as a director of C.T.S. Ltd., Solidrun Ltd., Green Invoice Ltd., Afimilk Agricultural Cooperative Ltd., Sela Software Labs Ltd., Mgroup Holdings – MGAR Ltd., Cellopark Technologies Ltd. From 2017 to 2019 Mr. Gal Ezer served as a strategic consultant at Strategy&/PwC. Mr. Gal Ezer has a B.A in Accountancy and Business Management from Reichman University and M.B.A from INSEAD.

Shmuel Hauser

Shmuel Hauser has served as a member of our Board of Directors since March 2019. Prof. Hauser is a Senior Vice President at Ono Academic College, a former Dean at Ono Academic faculty of Business and a Professor of Finance at Ben-Gurion University. From 2011 to 2018, Prof. Hauser served as the Chairman of the Israel Securities Authority (ISA), co-chairman of Israel Accounting Standards Board (IASB), member of an advisory committee to the Banks' Supervisor at the Bank of Israel, in 2017 member of the advisory committee to the Israel Capital Market, Insurance and Savings Authority and from 2019 to 2020, he served as Member of the Advisory Committee of CyberRight Tech . Prior to that, from 2008 to 2011 Prof. Hauser served as the chairman of a private company, a director in two financial investment houses, and a director in the Israeli S&P ranking company (Maalot). Prof. Hauser also has served as an external director in Gazit Globe Ltd. ,as an independent director in Alrov Group, chairman of the board at Pocketful Ltd., member of the board (and partner) at Quantex Expected Returns, member of the Investments Committee of the Israel Democracy Institute, Consultant for eToro and CEO and Chairman of Narativ Ltd. Concurrent with his work, Prof. Hauser pursued an academic career in the fields of: Corporate Finance, Capital Market Regulation, and Microstructure. Prof. Hauser holds a B.A. in Statistics and Economics and an M.B.A., both from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and a Ph.D. form Temple University, Philadelphia, USA.

Richard Hunter

Richard Hunter serves as a director of the Company since May 2024. Green Lantern, is a limited partner in FF6-cell, Limited Partnership, the controlling shareholder of the Company. Mr. Hunter is partner in Green Lantern Group since 2014. In addition, Mr. Hunter serves as Chairman of the Board of Holmes Place and director in Delta Galil Industries Ltd., Mediterranean Car Agency Holdings Ltd. (Samelet), Green Lantern 1, Green Lantern Consultants II Ltd., Green Lantern Management Ltd., Green Lantern Management II Ltd., Green Lantern Management III Ltd., Gad Dairies Ltd.; Falco Ltd., AG Gilro Ltd.; 911 Fashion Ltd.; Marina Group Ltd.; Ma'adaney Yehiam Ltd., French Bakery Ltd.; Yehiam Ltd. and Perry Niv Ltd. Mr. Hunter has LLB from the College of Management Academic Studies and M.B.A from INSEAD.

Varda Liberman

Varda Liberman has served as a member of our Board of Directors since March 2019. Ms. Liberman serves as a Prof. in the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya since 1995, founded and heading the MBA program in Healthcare Innovation and entrepreneurship (since 2016), heading the business school's Behavioral Decision Making Area (since 2012) and heading the Mathematical and Statistical Studies (since 1995). Prof. Liberman further provides decision making lectures, counseling and couching to various organizations including the Israeli judicial system, the Israeli healthcare system, hi-tec companies, investment banks and office holders. From 2021, Prof. Liberman also has served as an external director of Aquarius Engines (A.M) Ltd. From 2007 to 2010 Prof. Liberman served as an external director in Clal Insurance, from 2000 to 2006 in Tamir Fishman Mutual Funds and from 2001 until its privatization in 2004 in Sivan Training and Systems Ltd. Prof. Liberman holds a B.Sc. in Statistics and Mathematics, M.Sc. in Mathematics and Ph.D. in Mathematics, all from Tel Aviv University.

Ran Bukshpan

Ran Bukshpan has served as an Independent Director since December 2024. From 2020 to 2024, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Rapac Ltd. From 2009 to 2019, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Telrad Networks. Mr. Bukshpan also serves as an External Director at Baran Group Ltd. Mr. Bukshpan holds B.Sc – Industrial and Management Engineering, Tel Aviv University Mr. Bukshpan has served as an Independent Director Baran Group Ltd.

Uri Zahavi

Uri Zahavi serves as a director of the Company since May 2024. Mr. Zahavi is partner in Fortissimo Capital fund since 2015. In addition, Mr. Zahavi serves as a director in C.T.S. Ltd., Velox – Puredigital Ltd., Salt of the Earth Ltd., Gadot Biochemical Industries Ltd., Priority Software Ltd., Mgroup Holdings – MGAR Ltd., and Cellopark Technologies Ltd. Mr. Zahavi has a B.A in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship from Reichman University and M.B.A from London Business School.
