Cellcom Israel Ltd. (“Cellcom”, “we”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information on https://investors.cellcom.co.il/ (the “Site”), in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 and its amendments, including Amendment No. 13.

Scope

This Policy applies to information collected through the Site, including when you submit a request via the contact form. It does not apply to information collected via other Cellcom channels or services unless expressly stated.

Information We Collect

• Contact form data: name, email address, phone number, and the content of your inquiry.
• Technical data (automatically collected): IP address, device/browser information, pages viewed, timestamps, and basic diagnostics for site security and performance (where applicable).

Providing personal information is voluntary. However, if you choose not to provide the information requested in the contact form, we may be unable to respond to your inquiry.

How We Use Your Information

Client Statement

‏סלקום ישראל בע״מ (״סלקום״, ״אנחנו״) מכבדת את פרטיות המשתמשים. מדיניות זו מסבירה כיצד אנו אוספים, משתמשים, חושפים ושומרים מידע באתר https://investors.cellcom.co.il/ (״האתר״), בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ״א-1981 ותיקוניו, לרבות תיקון מס׳ 13.

תחולה

המדיניות חלה על מידע שנאסף דרך האתר, לרבות בעת שליחת פנייה באמצעות טופס יצירת הקשר. המדיניות אינה חלה על ערוצים או שירותים אחרים של סלקום אלא אם צוין במפורש.

המידע שנאסף

• נתוני טופס יצירת קשר: שם, כתובת דוא״ל, מספר טלפון ותוכן הפנייה.
• נתונים טכניים (נאספים אוטומטית): כתובת IP, פרטי דפדפן/מכשיר, דפים שנצפו, זמנים, ונתוני אבטחה ותפעול בסיסיים (ככל שקיים).

מסירת מידע היא וולונטרית; מובהר כי ללא מסירת המידע המבוקש ייתכן שלא נוכל לטפל בפנייתך.

מטרות השימוש במידע

• קבלת, תיעוד, טיפול ומתן מענה לפניות.
• בקרת איכות, שיפור השירות ותיעוד תפעולי.
• עמידה בדרישות הדין ובבקשות רשויות מוסמכות.
• שמירה על אבטחת האתר ומניעת שימוש לרעה.

הצהרת הלקוח

המידע שתמסור יישמר במאגרי המידע של סלקום וישמש אך ורק לצורך טיפול בפנייתך. המידע לא יימסר לצדדים שלישיים, למעט ככל שנדרש לצורך טיפול בפנייה או לשם קיום חובה חוקית. אינך חייב/ת למסור את המידע; אולם אם תבחר/י שלא למסור אותו, ייתכן שלא נוכל להשיב לפנייתך. עומדת לך הזכות לעיין במידע ולבקש את תיקונו בהתאם להוראות חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ״א-1981.

מסירת מידע לצדדים שלישיים

איננו מוכרים מידע אישי. ייתכן שנעביר מידע ל-

• ספקי שירות המסייעים באחסון, תחזוקה, תקשורת או טיפול בפניות—כמידת הצורך ותחת התחייבויות סודיות והגנת פרטיות.
• רשויות/גורמים שלישיים אם הדבר נדרש לפי דין או לשם הגנה על זכויות, בטיחות ואבטחה.
• עסקאות תאגידיות: במקרה של מיזוג, רכישה או העברת נכסים, בכפוף להבטחות מתאימות.

העברה מחוץ לישראל

ככל שהמידע נשמר או מעובד מחוץ לישראל, יינקטו האמצעים הנדרשים לפי הדין הישראלי לשם הבטחת הגנה נאותה על המידע.

אנו מיישמים אמצעים מקובלים לשמירת המידע מפני גישה, שינוי, גילוי או השמדה בלתי מורשים. עם זאת, אין אבטחה מוחלטת.

שמירת מידע
